To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

We are a baby-friendly, breastfeeding-friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety.

Only registered service animals are allowed into the salon during business hours.

We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, pricing, or to gain a new perspective- Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at Modify, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.

Modify gladly accepts cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. Gratuity may not be added to your credit card and must be as cash or check only, please.

The salon stylist will discuss the cost of your service before she begins the service. Payment for services is to be paid in full at the time of service. We appreciate your loyalty and business.
